Bouwbeheer Boshuizen arranges the technical matters (e.g. maintenance contracts, elevators, roof maintenance, major maintenance) for the VvE Woningen and for the VvE Main Split in consultation with the board with regard to the general areas of the building. The technical manager also draws up a multi-year maintenance plan in connection with the major maintenance to be carried out in the long term. The technical manager also handles matters for which the insurance is used. The insurance policies of the VvE are placed under the main split via Newomij with ABNAmro. The building insurance in the insurance package will be placed by ABNAmro with Nationale Nederlanden as of 1.1.2021. At that time, the owner's interest will also be removed from the insurance.
Please note: Newomij and ABNAmro do not accept individual reports or answer questions. Insurance issues are handled by the board.

The technical management of the VvE Geuzenpoort Parking Garage does not fall under the VvE Geuzenpoort Homes and the VvE Geuzenpoort Main Split. Bouwbeheer Boshuizen is the technical manager. All reports are handled by the board.
