Please note! As of 1 January 2020, the deductible of € 1750 will be charged to the owner in the event of culpable damage. If the board does not have contact details, this can be considered culpable in the event of calamities.
Therefore, please let us know who we can call in the event of calamities and ensure that your legal liability insurance is in order!
As of 1 January 2021, the owner's interest is covered by the building insurance. You must therefore insure the owner's interest yourself.

Please note: paid parking will also be introduced in Geuzenveld from 17 January 2022. When applying for a parking permit, the municipality may ask for a 'no parking space' declaration. To do this, you must complete a form signed by one of the board members and send it with the application together with an extract from the Chamber of Commerce signed by the board.
