Administrative Management

The administrative management has been outsourced to the VvE Geuzenpoort Homes and the VvE Geuzenpoort VvE Beheer Amsterdam. The point of contact at the VvE Beheer Amsterdam is Bas Wensink, b.wensink@vvebeheer-amsterdam.nl, tel. 020-5209017. Each owner has a username and login code for the My VBA digital owner page.
Note: VBA does not perform technical management for the VvE. 
 
VvE Beheer Amsterdam collects the monthly contribution to the operating costs for the VvE, pays the accounts for the VvE after approval by the board, draws up the budget together with the board and, at the request of the board, writes letters on behalf of the VvE to residents / owners who the provisions of the deed of division it Household Rules not comply.
 
The administrative management of the VvE Parking spaces Geuzenpoort is also part of VBA. 

The VvE Geuzenpoort business premises and the VvE Geuzenpoort storage facilities carry out the administrative management itself.
